Fitness YouTube Channel for Tips and Advice

If you enjoy watching and learning the best tips and advice for your fitness and nutrition, I have created a YouTube fitness channel/vlogg for exercise tips and advice, along with nutrition and lifestyle videos as well.

My first series is called Bulking With A Physique, as this my goal at this time before stepping on stage to compete again. I invite you to follow this journey and possibly learn a few things on solid building muscle mass while keeping a lean physique!

The first episode (New Beginnings) takes you through an arms and shoulder workout utilizing super sets to increase efficiency, keep the heart rate up, and specifically target and build the muscle group focused on. Through out the workout you’ll keep each exercise in the 8 – 12 rep range to remain in the hypertrophy zone if you’re looking for the most muscular change.

The episodes also include meals such as breakfast, post workout, and a high protein nighttime meal to best accommodate and excel the work put into the gym!

Episode 1 Bulking with Physique 

  • Super Set 1 = Barbell Curls, Plate Loaded Shoulder Press
  • Super Set 2 = Dumbbell Curls, Seated Shoulder Press (behind head)
  • Super Set 3 = Dumbbell Skull Crushers, Standing back and forward Shoulder Press
  • Super Set 4 = Seated Skull Crushers, Bent Over Rear Delt Flys
  • Burnouts = Machine Lateral Raise, Curls
  • Post workout meal! Apple Cinnamon Peanut Butter Protein Shake! And Maple + Brown Sugar Oatmeal.
