  1. 1.5 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  2. 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  3. 1⁄2 Cup (113 g) Non Fat Greek Yogurt
  4. (Plain)
  5. 1⁄2 Banana (55 g) peeled and sliced
  6. 1⁄2 Cup of Ice
  7. Optional: 1 tbsp Whip Cream
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order they are listed.
  2. Blend until smooth (About 20 – 30 seconds).
