Ingredients
  1. 1.5 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  2. 1 Scoop Protein Powder – Chocolate or Vanilla. (Or if you have
  3. peanut butter flavor use that!)
  4. 2 tbsp Raw Peanut Butter
  5. 2 Strawberries
  6. 1⁄2 Banana (55 g) peeled and sliced
  7. 1⁄4 Cup Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
  8. Optional: 1 tbsp Jelly or Jam
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order they are listed.
  2. Blend until smooth (About 20 – 30 seconds)
  3. Pour into a cup and enjoy this amazing protein filled shake that tastes
  4. just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!
