Peanut Butter and Jelly Shake

- 1.5 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder – Chocolate or Vanilla. (Or if you have
- peanut butter flavor use that!)
- 2 tbsp Raw Peanut Butter
- 2 Strawberries
- 1⁄2 Banana (55 g) peeled and sliced
- 1⁄4 Cup Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- Optional: 1 tbsp Jelly or Jam
- Place all ingredients in a blender in the order they are listed.
- Blend until smooth (About 20 – 30 seconds)
- Pour into a cup and enjoy this amazing protein filled shake that tastes
- just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!
