When you buy this you will get a fully customized meal plan based on your body, age, activity levels, preferences, and goals. You’ll also receive a healthy foods/grocery chart including a breakdown of each foods calories, carbohydrates, protein, fats, and more. This will take the guesswork out of what you need to keep you on track with your goals while feeling energized and full. You will also have access to my contact information to go over any questions or adjustments that may need to be made to best accommodate your perfect plan.
