10 Minute Daily Abs Routine
This is the daily 10 minute Abs/Core workout for my Lean Muscle Building Program! There is no equipment needed, so you can do it anytime, anywhere!
It consists 6 different exercises (20 reps each) and 20 sit-ups between each exercise. Completing each exercise is considered one round. Continue to hit as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes!
Day 1 = Chest
Here is my chest workout for this Lean Muscle Building program which consists of mostly compound sets and drop sets for an aesthetic look with an increase in muscular strength and endurance! It may not be the easiest one, but the end results make it worth it! So fight through it, and start pushing more weight! Its go time!!
Day 2 = Arms
Here is my arm workout for this Lean Muscle Building program which consists of mostly tri sets, compound sets and drop sets for aesthetic thicker arms with an increase in muscular strength and endurance! It’s definitely a challenge, but always worth it! Feel the amazing pump and gain some inches on your arms! Its go time!!
Day 3 = Legs
Here is the full leg workout for this Lean Muscle Building program to increase strength and power in your lower body! Lifting heavy such as on leg day also helps increase testosterone to build more muscle mass through out the rest of your body as well and can lead to increased lifts for exercises such as dead lift, bench press, and more! So get after it, fight through the entire workout, and gain some amazing results!
Day 4 = Shoulders
This is the shoulders workout for the Lean Muscle Building program to increase strength and power in all heads of your deltoids and traps! This heavy lifting hypertrophy focused shoulder workout will give you more strength, power, and muscle growth in every muscle that makes up a full symmetrical physique around your shoulder. So get to it, and build your best upper body while seeing your numbers/results increase even faster!
Day 5 = Back
Back Day! Back is one of the largest muscle groups of the body and is super important for everyones strength and physique! Increasing your back lifts will get you that “V” taper that really makes your physique pop! With is being such a large muscle group, you also recruit more muscle fibers, which increases testosterone, and helps burn more fat through out the day and recovery period! So get after it, build your back, and perfect your physique now!
