I love what I do and always focus on delivering the best results and experience to everyone I work with. To do so I do need to limit the number of people I work with to deliver them the unparalleled experience they deserve. With that said, my focus is body transformation (fat loss, lean muscle build), and those are my clients that tend to see the best results. If we are a good fit, and you are dedicated to making the change then I am happy to offer you a spot on my client list. 
 
 
Quickly after you submit your application, we will have a quick call (or you can fill out your emailed questionnaire) to discuss your goals, current start points, any limitations, etc. Based on that I create a personalized fitness and nutrition program specifically geared to accelerate your progress and get into the shape you want in a quick, safe, and enjoyable manner. You’ll have full access to your digital program at all times via smartphone, computer, or iPad through your 100% free client app. If you do run into any questions or simply want to give any exciting updates, you’ll have the ability to message me at any time through the messager section in your app. Lastly, I always want to keep your program as up to date as possible. So we will conduct a weekly check-in to make any needed adjustments to your workouts and/or nutrition to ensure we are maximizing your progress.
 
 
Not a problem! I make each program specific to your needs. Even if you don’t have access to any equipment, I am happy to create a full program without using any equipment at all. I’ve done it many times before, and it’s actually what I did for a while when I started working out.
 
 
There is no contract or certain amount of time that you need to sign up with me for. However, understand that even though progress does continuously happen, it can take many months to get to where you want to be depending on how big your goals are.  And I tend to work with people who have high set ambitious goals.
