This at home program is designed for anyone who is looking to start improving their overall health, look even better, and increase their strength, and daily energy levels! It is based on 4 workouts per week, along with 20 – 30 minutes of moderate physical activity per day, such as a walk, jog, bike ride, swim, etc. The workouts are meant to be done in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment required. Making this a perfect way to take better care of yourself without needing to make drastic changes. All you need is the drive to get up and do it! Along with a resistance band and an exercise ball. That will be helpful as well but is not required. So now it’s time to get started and begin transforming yourself into the best you can become!
