Hi, I am Dakota Heuer, a 25 – year old ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Physique Competitor, and health enthusiast. Fitness has always been my biggest passion from sports I’ve competed in throughout my life (gymnastics, wrestling, baseball, etc.), and the desire to consistently make a positive impact to both myself, and others around me. Inspiring positive change, and helping others succeed in the field I love, quickly became exactly what I wanted to focus on! Through this, I also learned the importance of good nutrition and began to study this as well, as they go hand in hand.
I earned my first Personal Training Certification through World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) in 2012. Following that, I got my American College of Sports Medicine (A.C.S.M.) Certification in 2015, and my Bachelors of Science Degree in Health and Fitness Management in the spring of 2016 from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. During that time I worked as a personal trainer and a gymnastics coach. This is also when I began competing in my first ever physique competition. Through my experience, I have gained a large variety of clientele consisting of both males and females with different body types, workout styles, injury rehabilitation, physique goals, and much more.

The reason I began online fitness training is because it opens the door to helping people from all over the world, rather than just in the specific location I’m in. People from all over need or want a great trainer to help them in their fitness journey not only to workout smarter but become more efficient in and out of the gym through good consistent exercise habits, and an understanding of proper nutrition.
Competing in a show is an amazing experience. It takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and time. So you want to make sure it’s done right!
